destinations and stays in over 75,000 properties worldwide, with much more to come. We also offer a
tailor-made holiday planning experience in two unique Musafir holiday lounges in Dubai and Sharjah.
Musafir offers worldwide activities, tours, transfers, insurance, cruises, rail, charters, visa, MICE travel
and staff incentive travel services through our Travel Experts.
The word musafir (pronounced moo-saa-fir) means “traveller” in Arabic and we at musafir.com live by
three promises to all our travellers in everything we do – great choice, no-nonsense convenience and
a premium experience.
Musafir.com was founded by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani, Sachin Gadoya and Albert
Dias in August 2007 and was inaugurated by Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Thani on April 23,
2009. We are incorporated under Universal Travels & Tourism LLC – an IATA accredited travel
agency which was founded by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani and Sachin Gadoya in 2005.
We established ourselves as a B2B/Corporate/SME and a reseller platform from inception until 2012
and decided to actively initiate and target the B2C segment from mid of 2012.
