North East Tour Packages

Nestled in the far eastern corner of India, Northeast is a land of primeval beauty and eccentric tribal culture. It encompasses within itself eight states of India - Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Sikkim and Tripura. With mesmerising landscapes, enchanting valleys and fascinating traditions, Northeast is envisioned as India’s right arm. Rhinos move around freely in the grasslands of Assam, the erstwhile tribes of headhunters embrace the contemporary, the valleys of Arunachal Pradesh are filled with the sweet symphony of music and the local tribes of Meghalaya breed phenomenal bridges out of living tree roots. Beauty beyond surreal, Northeast is a less-explored land yearning for some of your love.

    Best time to visit

The best time to visit Northeast India is between November and April. It is best to avoid the rainy season here, because Cherrapunji and Mawsynram in Meghalaya are the wettest places in the world. At times the low-lying floodplains of Assam are subjected to nature’s abhorrent whims and fancies. Some areas of the Northeast require a permit to enter.
