Day2 | Start the day by indulging in a hearty breakfast. You can set out whenever you please, as the day is yours to spend at leisure. However, we recommend that you take the tour of Victoria’s Marine Park that includes return private car and yacht transfers, English/French-speaking guide and creole buffet lunch. It caters to the increasing number of visitors wishing to enjoy the wonders of nature in comfort and at their own pace. Feel yourself getting lost in the mysterious grilled tuna that tickles the taste buds of visitors from all over the world. Day3 | Begin your day by having a hearty breakfast at your hotel. You can choose to indulge in full day 3 island boat trip to Cousin, Curieuse and St. Pierre at a supplement cost. Satisfy your grumbling stomachs by indulging in a barbeque lunch while on tour. Cousin allows sight of rare seabirds, Curiese Island and St. Pierre give you the chance to discover unique marine life. After your rendezvous with nature, return to your hotel room for the night. |
Day4 | Enjoy a healthy breakfast on your last day in this beautiful paradise, Seychelles. Check out of the hotel and take your transfer to the Seychelles International Airport to board the flight for Dar Es Salaam. Arrive in Dar Es Salaam and head to the ferry terminal to take the ferry to Zanzibar. Check in at the hotel. The evening is free at leisure for you to spend as you desire. Overnight at hotel in Zanzibar. |
Day5 | Indulge in a hearty breakfast. Today morning you shall start the day with a spice tour where you’ll see many varieties of spices on the plantation farm. In the afternoon, another inspiring experience awaits you. You shall head for a tour of the famous Stone Town where you can visit the Old Anglican Church, Old Arab Fort, Beit al Ajaib Museum, Livingstone House, Old Indian Dispensary, St Joseph's Cathedral and Slave monuments. Return back to the hotel for a peaceful overnight. |
Day6 | Indulge in a filling breakfast from the breakfast spread of your hotel. On the southern point of the Island, Kizimkazi fishing village is home to several schools of bottle-nosed and humpback dolphins, which can be seen on a short boat trip from the village. If you are lucky, and the dolphins are feeling cooperative, they may let you swim very close to them which is a truly memorable and rewarding experience. Thereafter, you will be taken to the Jozan Forest for a walk. Look out for the rare red colobus monkey. Return to your hotel and spend the night. |
Day7 | Enjoy a healthy breakfast on your last day in Zanzibar. Check out of the hotel and get transferred to Dar es Salaam port by ferry. Arrive in Dar es Salaam port and take your transfer to your hotel. Check in at the hotel and discover the luxuries of your hotel. You can even set out and explore all there is nearby your hotel. Return to your hotel to spend the night in Dar es Salaam. |
Day8 | Early breakfast will be followed by a check out. Then head to Selous Game Reserve which is approximately 5hrs drive from Dar Es Salaam. Covering 45,000km² of wilderness, with grassy plains, open woodland, mountains and forests, the Selous Game Reserve is Africa's largest game reserve. It's about three times the size of South Africa's Kruger National Park, and twice the size of the Serengeti National Park. In a fitting tribute, it is also one of Tanzania's three UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge. Local lunch will be followed by a boat safari which will allow you to enjoy the wildlife around the water. At the heart of the Selous Game Reserve, Tanzania’s largest river, the Rufiji, forms a complex network of channels, lakes and swamps that create one of the most outstanding ecological systems in East Africa. Enjoy the amazing African sunset at the lodge. Enjoy a local dinner and overnight stay in the comfort of your lodge in Selous. |
Day9 | Enjoy a hearty breakfast at your hotel. This morning depart for a full day game drive with a packed local lunch. The Selous Game Reserve has an estimated 100,000 wildebeest, 35,000 zebra, 25,000 impala and significant herds of giraffe, greater kudu, waterbuck, bushbuck, Lichtenstein's hartebeest and eland. It is also one of the most important sanctuaries in Africa for the endangered African wild dog, sable and puku antelope. There are also huge populations of crocodile, hippo, spotted hyena and leopard to name just a few of the big game species found here not to forget the bird-life one gets to view in this game reserve. Return back to the lodge after an eventful day. Post a Local dinner rest in the comfort of your room for the night. |
Day10 | Today morning promises to be another exciting day. Pick up your packed breakfast from the lodge and head for an amazing walking safari. Return back to the lodge and check out. Head to the Dar es Salam and check in to your hotel. Rest of the evening is at your disposal in Dar es Salaam. |
Day11 | A local buffet breakfast awaits you. Thereafter, you will embark on a city tour. This tour of Dar es Salaam will take you to the National Museum, Nyerere Cultural Centre, Village Museum, Mwenge Carvings Market, and the Magogoni Fish Market, among other interesting spots. Rest of the afternoon is at leisure to catch up with some souvenir shopping. Overnight at your chosen hotel in Dar es Salam. |
Day12 | Have a delightful breakfast in your hotel. Proceed to check out of the hotel in time for your transfer to Julius Nyerere International Airport to board flight to onward destination. |
