Please note:
Saudi Quarantine:
- All vaccinated passengers need to update on the Tawakkalna app and Mukim website. It must be updated as an IMMUNE passenger. If passengers fail to get an immune certificate on the Tawakkalna app or Mukim website, then guests will not consider as IMMUNE passengers and have to quarantine at Saudi as per the rule.
- As per the current update passenger should be immune with both the doses and Green status on the Tawakkalna app, quarantine is not required.
- Quarantine is a must for passengers who are immune with 01 doses or not vaccinated or have red status on the Tawakkalna app even after both doses.
- Passengers may not get to board or may be deported back to India if not having a Quarantine booking. In such a scenario will not be responsible for the circumstances and the guest has to manage the situation on their own.
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- The package is fully non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation.
- 50% advance payment is required to process the booking.
- Any changes in Government rules (India or visiting / transiting / quarantining country) the booking is fully non-refundable.
- Musafir Service charge of INR 20000 per passenger is applicable and is non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions:
- Rooms, Flights, and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
- As this is a very basic and dynamic package, so standard quality of accommodation and meals will be provided.
- A guest has to carry a Negative PCR report with 48 Hours of Travel (subject to change as per govt requirement)

- The above rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.
- Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
- We are not responsible for any changes in Govt. Rules and Regulation.
- Due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances / Political or Social unrest, if the client postpones or cancels the journey in case of any liability from the Airline or Hotel client will be charged for the same. Any waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request will be at airline or hotel discretion.
- Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
- If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Nonrefundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay as a New Rate as per Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference of rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per applicable cancellation policy
- In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
- All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of the non-availability of a hotel, alternate options will be suggested; this may involve any increase in price and hotels.
- No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
- While we may make recommendations for hotels all around the world, we do not stand a guarantee and are not responsible for the services or the hardware provided by the hotel/s suggested by us.
