Please note:
- The passengers need to be fully vaccinated with Covishield.
- The Residence permit holder can travel.
- As per RBI guidelines providing a PAN Card copy of the traveler is mandatory for any bookings.
- Passengers who have not received both doses of the vaccine 15 days prior to arrival will NOT be allowed to enter.
- Child & Infant is not allowed.
- A vaccination certificate must be attested from the Saudi consulate, if not then you have to take 7 days of Saudi institutional quarantine in Saudi.
- On Arrival PCR Test approx. QAR 300 per person needs to be paid directly by the guest.
- Passengers travelling to Doha need to have a valid return ticket from Doha - India at their own cost.
- Passenger arriving in Doha on tourist visit visa on arrival to Qatar has to have QAR 5000 in cash or as QAR 5000 as credit limit in the card.
- Travel insurance with Covid cover is mandatory to be issued from the home country. However, it is not included in the package. We can arrange it at an additional cost.
- Only ECNR passport holders can travel Via DOH.
- The exchange rate applicable on the day of payment will be considered for this transaction.
- Any extras will be charged to the guests directly.
- Standard international check-in time is 1500hrs and check-out time is 1100hrs. Supplement applicable for early check-in & late check-out.
- Customers are required to be in possession of RTPCR negative certificate issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Doha
- All customers shall be required to register on the Ehteraz Website (www.ehteraz.gov.qa) at least 12Hours before their flight and upload the required official documents. Kindly register your vaccination certificate on the link as per below https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccineregistration/home
- In case of extension of visa, should be borne by the guests directly.
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- 100% advance payment is required in order to process the booking.
- The booking fee is fully non- refundable.
- There will be no refund if guests will not get visas on arrival.
- Musafir service fee of INR 20,000 (included in the price) is applicable per passenger and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the visa is rejected cancellation charges will still be applicable for hotels and flights.
- If in case a flight is cancelled by the airlines the amount will be refunded as per the airline and hotel cancellation policy only and only upon the receipt of the refund amount from the airlines and hotel.
Terms and Conditions:

- Booking once confirmed can’t be cancelled or modified.

- Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
- We are not responsible for any changes in Govt. Rules and Regulation.
- Due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances / Political or Social unrest, if the client postpones or cancels the journey in case of any liability from the Airline or Hotel client will be charged for the same. Any waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request will be at airline or hotel discretion.
- Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
- If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Nonrefundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay as a New Rate as per Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference of rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per applicable cancellation policy
- In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
- All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of the non-availability of a hotel, alternate options will be suggested; this may involve any increase in price and hotels.
- No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
