Day1
|
Arrive at O. R. Tambo International Airport and get transferred to check-in at the Mabula Game Lodge. Located in a private game reserve approximately two-hours drive from Johannesburg, this beautiful lodge is set against the backdrop of the lush-green Waterberg Biosphere. Later the day get ready for an exciting game-drive where you might be able to spot some of the famous Big Five - Rhinoceros, Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, and Leopard. After this have dinner at the lodge followed by a peaceful overnight stay.

Day2
|
Wake up early to get ready for a sunrise game-drive. Enjoy a buffet breakfast in the jungle resort upon return and check-out. Proceed and check-in to Sun City which is a complex surrounded by golf courses, numerous swimming pools and a huge man-made lake offering various water sport activities at an additional cost. You can relax at the Valley of Waves or take a walk through the gardens of the Palace of Lost City. There are also multitude of restaurants that cater to different tastes. Spend a relaxing overnight stay in your Sun City accommodation after a local dinner.

Day3

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to the beautiful city of Johannesburg. On arrival check-in and spend the afternoon in Johannesburg to explore its uniqueness such as Westcliff view, University of Witwatersrand, Nelson Mandela Bridge, Museum Africa, Mary Fitzgerald Square, Newtown, the Carlton Centre and Houghton Estate to view the former President, Nelson Mandela’s house. Return back to your hotel after having dinner at a local restaurant. Have a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel in Johannesburg.

Day4

After a hearty breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Durban and get ready to enjoy some interesting sites en route. Visit former President Nelson Mandela’s capture site in Howick and Howick Falls. Next in Pietermaritzburg, visit the railway station which became infamous as Mahatma Gandhi was thrown out of the train because he was a non-white with a first class ticket. As you walk down church street, you will also be able to see Mahatma Gandhi statue. Check-in at our hotel in Durban after dinner at a local restaurant and spend a comfortable overnight stay there.

After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, get ready for a Durban city tour. Drive along the ‘Golden Mile’ and begin the trip with a visit to The Kwa Muhle Museum which will allow you an insight into the harsh system of labour control that was practiced earlier. Next visit the Moses Mabihda stadium and Victoria Street Market and then go ahead to experience the unique "Bunny Chow" cuisine here. Return back to your Durban hotel for a restful overnight stay.

After breakfast check-out of the hotel. Visit Umtata to see the Nelson Mandela Museum, a living memorial of one of the greatest men in the history of South Africa. Have dinner at a local restaurant and check-in at the stunning East London hotel to spend the night comfortably.

Day7

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel. Check-in to your accommodation and proceed to travel to Tsitsikamma National Park, a protected area on the Garden Route National Park. Tsitsikamma is tucked between the mountains and the sea. It has beautiful accommodation housed in the middle of the forests and it also offers numerous exciting activities. You can try some of these adventurous sports such bungee jumping from the world's highest commercial bridge at an additional cost. Experience the Sundays River Valley and visit the world-famous Addo Elephant National Park which will be followed by a trip to the Plettenberg Bay and the famous Bridge Street Brewery. On arrival in Port Elizabeth have your dinner before proceeding to your hotel for the comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast check-out of the hotel and proceed to Knysna. “Knysna” is one of the best known lagoons in South Africa. Nestled between the Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean just outside the town of Knysna, this lagoon is protected from the ocean by the Knysna Heads. Next proceed for Cango Wildlife Ranch that will provide you with a close up view of exquisite tigers, deadly jaguars, magnificent lions and the elegant cheetah. After breakfast, check-out and get ready for some fun-filled attractions in the Oudtshoorn region. Travel via Du Toitskloof Pass to Worcester and continue through the Klein Karoo to Oudtshoorn, the ‘Ostrich capital’. Visit an Ostrich Farm at Oudtshoorn for the ultimate Ostrich experience and learn about the various stages of an Ostrich’s life cycle, from incubation to adulthood. This tour includes a fascinating visit to the Cango Caves. On arrival at Cape Town, check-in to your accommodation. Have dinner and spend a blissful overnight stay.

Day10

After your buffet breakfast, proceed on a full-day guided Cape Peninsula tour. The tour begins with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast passing through the fishing village of Hout Bay. Here you will have the option of taking a short boat trip to Duiker Island to view the Cape Fur seals. The tour then heads along Chapman's Peak Drive (if open) on to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. From there travel to False Bay and return to Cape Town by way of the Simon's Town Naval Base to visit the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Travel via Fishhoek fishing village and Muizenberg to Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens for a short walking tour of to witness the beautiful gardens. Return to Cape Town in the late afternoon. Have dinner at a local restaurant and get transferred to the hotel in Cape Town for a blissful overnight stay.

Day11

After breakfast at the hotel, assemble in the hotel lobby at the pre-fixed time and proceed on a guided city tour of Cape Town. The trip opens with a visit up to the Table Mountain by cable car (weather permitting). The state-of-the-art cable car rotates 360 degrees on its way to the top, offering a panoramic view. At the summit, take short walks to enjoy the magnificent vistas. Other highlights include a brief tour of the Malay Quarter, city centre, Company Gardens, Castle of Good Hope (time permitting) and Diamond Works. Proceed to the Milnerton Lighthouse for an opportunity to get photographed at the Table Mountain from across Table Bay (time permitting). Next head for V & A Waterfront, one of Cape Town's biggest tourist attractions. It is set in the midst of a huge entertainment venue with pubs, restaurants, specialty shops, craft markets, theaters and cinema halls. After dinner return to the hotel and spend a comfortable overnight stay.

Enjoy your last breakfast and then check-out of the hotel. Get transferred to the Cape Town International Airport for your flight back home with beautiful memories to cherish.
