Terms & Conditions: Holiday Packages

This discount offer is available only for bank customers. Offer only valid for travel purchases till June 30, 2015. Discounts are as per table mentioned above and are not applicable on surcharges or taxes. Offer not valid for trips booked by travel agents or in conjunction with any other offer. Offer will be deducted from any refunds due if a trip is cancelled in part or full. Offer has no monetary value and cannot be reused, exchanged or refunded.

1. Prices mentioned are subject to availability at time of booking.

2. The travel package is purely based on minimum 02 adult passengers traveling together as per itinerary.

3. If the customer postpones or cancels the journey due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances / Political or Social unrest, or in case of any liability from Airline or Hotel, the client will be charged for the same. Any waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request should be addressed to the airline or hotel.

4. The International Check-in time: - 1400 hrs & check-out time is 1200 hrs.

5. The offers is valid for packages published on musafir.com holiday section and not for customised packages. All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested; this may involve any increase in price and hotels. 

6. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.

7. All tours will be operated in accordance with Government of India rules and regulations subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India.

8. Musafir.com India Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its discretion and without notice.

Cancellation Policy

50% of the package price: If cancelled 30 days prior to departure

75% of the package price: If cancelled 15 days prior to departure

Full package price: If cancelled 7 days prior to departure

Payment Terms (Per Person)

Registration Amount: 50% of the Package Cost

10 days prior to departure: 100% of package cost

4. Mention that he/she is a bank customers.

5. Request for booking and makes payment using bank card.
