The East African country, a landlocked one, has promulgated a decision that favours the Indian travellers distinctly. Now tourists from India will be permitted to tour around the country of Rwanda on a one month visa-on-arrival policy.
Rwanda being blessed with natural beauty, is for most part unexplored till date and is on the list of many travellers. The decision will be put into effect from early next year 2018. Indians will be allowed to reach and enter the country via all three links - air, sea, and roads. The visa cost to be charged on the interested travellers is a mere 1,932 INR ($30).
The move has been made in an attempt to better the Indo-Rwanda relationship. Rwanda is famed for its ample natural resources that has, over million years, given birth to, and in the process sustained, some really unique and curious geographic features.
Some of the most exceptional places to see in Rwanda are the Volcanoes National Park and the Akagera National Park. While the former park is the natural habitat for the mountain gorillas and golden monkeys, the later is home to the big lions and rhinos.
