Qatar Visa Terms & Conditions

1. Visa application fees are non-refundable in all the cases, including for cases where visa application has been rejected.
2.  Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
3. The visa issued will be valid for maximum 30 days and will not be extendable
4. The age limit for acquiring visa is 23 to 60 years for males and 30 to 60 years for females
5. A penalty of QAR 200 will be charged per day as an overstaying fee
6. Visa applications will only be accepted after the verification of all required documents and receipt of complete payment
7. All visas are issued as single-entry e-visas and are valid for entry within 90 days from the date of issuance
8. Visas issued under visit/ business/ transit/ tourist categories are not eligible for working in UAE
9. Once accepted, visa applications require a minimum of 7 working days to process and may take longer. Visa application approval and processing time is at the sole discretion of the Qatari Government
10. Musafir.com reserves the right to refuse applications at its discretion and bears no liability for the processing time or rejection of visa applications by the Qatari Government
11. The guarantor bears full responsibility for the authenticity of all documents provided, for ensuring that the visitor does not commit any crimes during their visit, for the medical condition of the visitor and for ensuring that the visitor does not overstay their visit
12. The guarantor indemnifies Musafir.com of all responsibility in this regard and agrees to settle all liabilities or penalties levied by the Qatari Government
13. The guarantor is responsible for processing all additional formalities which may be required from to time such as airline visa messages and Ok to board messages
14. The guarantor is also responsible for providing proof of the visitor's exit stamp after they have left Qatar, failing which the visitor will be assumed to have overstayed
15. Additional documents may be requested from certain applicants at the discretion of Musafir.com
