Arrive at Yangon International Airport of Myanmar and meet our local representative. Get transferred to the hotel and check-in. Spend the day at leisure. Yangon is known as ‘The Garden City of the East’ housing peaceful lakes, beautiful parks and verdant tropical tress. Explore this colonial charming city on your own. If you are a history buff, we strongly recommend you to visit the 2,500 years old Shwedagon Pagoda, which enshrines strands of Buddha's hair and other holy relics. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Yangon.

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and get transferred to the airport. Board a flight from Yangon to Bagan. Bagan is all about travelling in the past witnessing the rich history of more than 2200 ancient temples. As you arrive in Bagan, get transferred to Ayeyarwady River to board the luxurious Road to Mandalay cruise docked at the river. Post lunch aboard, get ready for a land excursion in Bagan. Experience the magnificent and mysterious land of Mandalay with a visit to some of the remarkable pagodas and ancient architecture. Also capture some beautiful scenery of the sunset with the backdrop of glowing pagodas. Return back on the cruise for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast proceed to explore some of the local markets of Bagan. You can shop through the various sections of the markets browsing through the traditional longyis to artifects, clothes, shoes and spices. However, if you are looking for some excitement, you can also hire a bicycle or a horse-drawn cart to explore the city of Bagan on your own. Return back to the cruise by mid-morning for an ultimate sailing experience. Sit back and enjoy your lunch on board and relax on the cruise as it crafts its journey in north towards Mandalay. Experience the beautiful sights, scents and sound of the river as you cruise through the river. By evening, the cruise moors mid-river. Have fun at the cocktail party aboard the cruise followed by a dinner. Enjoy an overnight stay on the cruise.

Have a delightful breakfast and spend some time relaxing on board. Today morning join us at The Observation Deck for a lecture. In the afternoon after lunch, you may also choose to join us on the Top Deck for a cookery demonstration even as the ship cruises past the pagoda topped hills of Sagaing. By late afternoon the ship will moor and you can disembark for a tour of Mingun. Home to a trio of unique pagodas, Mingun is a compact riverside village and is located approximately 7miles north of Mandalay. Even as the ship sails into Mingun you will see the massive ruins of the Mantara Gyi Pagoda (commonly known as Mingun Pahto), which was built by King Bodawpaya to be the biggest pagoda in the world and was originally intended to reach a height of 152 meters. Another relic is the Mingun Bell which is believed to be the largest working bell in the world. Return back to the ship and enjoy dinner and a local entertainment show on board. Enjoy a restful night in the comfort of your cabin.

Enjoy a lovely breakfast on board. Disembark and begin your relaxing city tour of Mandalay. The tour starts with Amarapura and ends at the Shwe Kyet village. Take a city tour of Mandalay, known for pagodas and monasteries which are popular for their architectural style and construction. This tour will also take you to visit Sagaing Hills known to be the living centre of Buddhist faith in Myanmar. Feast on some sumptuous dinner and local entertainment once back on the board the ship and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay on the cruise.

After breakfast check-out from the cruise. Get transferred to Mandalay International Airport to board a flight for Yangon. Take a flight from Yangon International Airport for an onward journey back home with mesmerising memories of the cruise experience in Myanmar.
