Your itinerary

Day01	Arrival in Vienna Welcome to Vienna! Arrive at Vienna Airport and get transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax. Overnight at the hotel.
Day02	Vienna Today, we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of this impressive city with a local guide. We’ll explore its majestic avenues, beautiful palaces, large parks, and vibrant city center. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore on your own. In the evening, we’ll include a transfer to the Grinzing district, an old wine-growing village now part of the city, known for its traditional taverns. You’ll have free time to dine in the area. Includes Breakfast.
Day03	Vienna - Budapest After about three hours of travel, we’ll arrive in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. Our first stop will be the lively area of Váci utca, where you’ll have free time for lunch. After, we’ll kick off our exploration of Budapest with an included boat trip on the Danube River, with historic Buda on one bank and cosmopolitan Pest on the other. The views are unbeatable. Following this, we’ll begin a panoramic tour of the so-called 'Queen of the Danube.' You’ll have some free time afterwards. Includes Breakfast.
Day04	Budapest - Bratislava - Prague We will leave Budapest early and head for Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, a charming city along the Danube with an attractive historic center. You´ll have time to explore and enjoy lunch. After, we’ll continue our journey to the Czech Republic, arriving in Prague in the evening. We’ll provide a transfer to the Old Town Square, a central spot that offers a fantastic introduction to Prague with its vibrant atmosphere and numerous tourist activities. You can have dinner at one of the many restaurants offering a variety of international cuisines, including Czech, Chinese, Indian, and Italian. Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel. Day05	Prague Today, we’ll visit the capital, Prague, the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local tour guide will lead an informative panoramic tour, highlighting the city’s most outstanding monuments. During the tour, there will be a visit to Prague Castle (admission included). After that, enjoy a boat ride on the Vltava River (included). In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore the city on your own. Includes Breakfast.
Day06	Prague - Pilsen- Rothenburg - Frankfurt We’ll depart early from Prague and stop in Pilsen, in western Bohemia, a city renowned for its beer. You’ll have time to stroll through its historic centre, where you’ll find the Old Town Square, the cathedral, the Plague Column, and a Renaissance-era town hall. We’ll then cross into Germany and follow part of the Romantic Road. We’ll visit Rothenburg, a town that seems to come straight out of a fairy tale and is considered one of the most beautiful villages in the country. Afterward, we’ll head to Frankfurt, the financial capital of Germany. After our arrival in the evening, enjoy free time in the historic city centre, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants offering Indian, Asian, Italian, and international cuisines. Includes Breakfast.
Day07	Frankfurt -  Departure Today proceed to the airport to board the flight. It's time to say goodbye and have a safe flight home. Includes Breakfast.

• Early check-in and late checkout are on a request basis only and subject to room availability (standard international check-in time is 1500 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs, **subject to change as per hotel’s policy).

• Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides availed by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘tour price includes’.
• Meals(other than those specified in inclusion), laundry, telephone, fax, optional excursions, and other items of a personal nature, including mini bar in the room, telephone bills, gratuities, etc.
• Tips & porter service for the local driver & guide.
• Surcharge applicable for transfers between 2000 hrs - 0600 hrs.
• Surcharges are applicable during conventions, special events, and trade fairs.

Important Note for Transfers:

• Paris (CDG Airport) Arrival Transfer – Flight landing time should be between 08 AM – 02 PM.
• Rome (FCO Airport) Departure Transfer: The coach will drop at FCO Airport by 1100 AM. Please book your flight accordingly.
• Please note that there may be waiting up to 02-03 Hours (Post reaching the arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
• If flight timings are before/after the suggested timing, You have to arrange your private transfers on a direct payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.

Cancellation Policy:

As a company, we are always honored to protect the benefits of our guests and business partners, and to always provide the best price, the best package and convenience in cancellation conditions for them. Cancellation policy below is only for land services and in case flights are booked from us, we will follow the cancellation policy of airline companies for flights.

• If you cancel your booking 4 weeks before tour departure date the 30% Tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty
• If you cancel your booking 3 weeks before tour departure date 60% Tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty
• If you cancel your booking 2 weeks before tour departure date 100% cancellation is applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices are quoted per person on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• EMI price is calculated based on 12 months EMIs. 6  & 9 months EMIs are also available.
• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll-away beds and the room size may be the same as the double room.
• It is suggested to carry One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then an alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in the reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless it is closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you of the same.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided on that day.
• Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• The standard check-in time is 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1100hrs.
  The supplement will be applicable for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if any.
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• Surcharges are applicable during festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year, Air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.
• Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice depending on travel dates and availability.
• Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for granting or rejecting of customers' entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
• If there are any changes or cancellations in flights which are done by the airline, Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Non-refundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay a New Rate Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference in rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• In case the guest tests positive after the PCR test then they need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
