General

• What documents are required to apply for Qatar Visa?

  The traveller requires to submit the below listed documents for Qatar Visa:
  
  1) Return air ticket.
  
  2) A scanned copy of traveller’s first and last page of the passport. Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond stay, with at least one blank visa page available for visa stamp(s).
  
  3) Traveller’s two recent passport-size photographs, in colour, taken against a white background. The photographs must be professionally clicked on water resistant and tear resistant ID photo paper.
  
  4) Visa application form duly filled and signed. Download the visa application form from the Qatar government website and fill in all the columns correctly.
  
  5) Any one of the below four documents:
  
  i) Confirmed hotel stay details in Qatar
  
  ii) A leave letter on company letterhead from current employer
  
  iii) An invitation letter from a local relative or a friend living in Qatar along with his / her valid proof of residence
  
  iv) Income tax returns of last 2 years.

• Is Qatar Tourist Visa extendable?

  No. The Qatar tourist visa is not extendable

• How do I apply for Qatar visa for more than 5 travellers?

  All QATAR group visa requests can be mailed to us at easyvisa@in.musafir.com and we will revert to you within 24 hours. Alternately, you can also call us at 022 4164 2214 with all the passenger details. While sending us the QATAR group visa query, kindly include maximum information about your travel. Example: Number of adults and children travelling, date of travel (arrival and departure) and similar information.

• How can I apply for a multi-country visa?

  You can apply for a multi-country visa by calling us on 022 4164 2214 or mailing us the details on easyvisa@in.musafir.com.

Post applying for QATAR Visa

• How will I know the status of my Qatar visa application?

  Musafir.com India’s visa team will update you after receiving the update from the QATAR Embassy. You can still call us on 022 4164 2214 or mail us at easyvisa@in.musafir.com to check the updates on your QATAR visa.

• How will I know if my Qatar visa application was successful?

  Musafir.com India will email you the status of your Qatar visa application as soon as we get an update from the Qatar Embassy.

  Please note: Musafir.com India cannot guarantee a successful Qatar visa application. It is subject to the respective government rules and regulations.

• How will I receive my QATAR Visa?

  Qatar Visa is in the form of e-visa and will be emailed to you once we receive the same from Qatar Embassy.

Cancellation / Refund / Amendment of Online Visa Application

• How do I cancel my QATAR visa application?

  Once you have submitted your application for Qatar visa & made the payment, it cannot be cancelled.

• Can I amend/modify my QATAR visa application after payment?

  We don't support changes/amendments or any kind of modifications to submitted Qatar visa applications. Moreover, Qatar visa application charges are non -refundable.
