Documents required for France visa application:
- Original passport and old passports, if any
- The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of one blank page from both sides for visa stamp, copies of old passports showing travel history must be attached as well
- Confirmed return air tickets
- Visa application form has to be filled by the applicant with 02 signatures.
- Photo Specification: 2 recent passport-size photographs with a matt finish, 70% face coverage, white background without specs and sunglasses. The dimensions of the image should be 35mm x 45mm.
- Original covering letter from the applicant with the applicant’s passport details, expenses details, and all travel details with the purpose of the visit. The letter should be duly signed by an authorized signatory with a company stamp and addressed to ‘Consulate General of France, Mumbai’.
- Original and copy of personal ITR of the last 3 years
- Bank statement reflecting transactions of last 6 months, with a clear mention of the bank’s name and telephone number
- Hotel confirmation as per travel itinerary
- Salary Slip copies for the last 3 months
Please note:
- If the applicant's place of collection and dropping off documents is within Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 700 will be applicable. If the applicant's place for dropping off documents is other than Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 800 will be applicable on France tourist visa fees.
- The Covering letter, Insurance & air ticket should have same dates, mentioned explicitly.
- Additional company documents may be required if the applicant is a Partner/Director/Owner of any firm.
