The letter must be completed and signed with a black pen. VA visa application form duly filled out by the applicant in blue or black ink if submitted offline (including the applicant's signature).
• Proof of address is required if differing from the address mentioned in the passport (e.g., one of the following documents: telephone, electricity, or mobile bill; society letter; rent agreement).
• Financial documents are required if the applicant is travelling for the first time (e.g., a bank statement for the last three months or the last three years of tax documents; either one is required).
• Original bank statements reflecting transactions from the past 6 months, including the applicant's name, account number, bank seal, and signature on the last page, as well as a minimum balance of at least ₹ 50,000 per applicant.

Singapore Business Visa:

Original cover letter from the Indian company addressed to 'The Visa Officer, Singapore Consulate'. Invitation letter from an overseas company addressed to 'The Visa Officer, Singapore Consulate'.

Additional documents:

If the applicant is employed:

• Salary slips for the last 3 months.
• A company ID card copy of the person.

If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:

• Certificate of registration of the company / Certificate of Incorporation (MOA / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership deed, etc.).
• Covering letter on the person's company letterhead and financial documents.

If the applicant is sponsored:

• Proof of sponsorship and/or information on the invitation.
• If the trip is sponsored by a father/mother/guardian or any person other than the applicant who is travelling, then written consent certified by a public notary of the parents or guardian or the person sponsoring the trip is required.

If the applicant is invited:

• Invitation letter
• V39 form
• Passport copy of the invitee
• Fin card copy

If the applicant’s passport is issued from the state under a different location of jurisdiction and if the visa applicant is staying for more than 6 months in Delhi, Chennai, or Bangalore, then the following government address proofs:

• Lease & License Agreement
• Residential address of the person with the letterhead of the company.

If the wife and child are travelling alone:

• If a minor is travelling with a single parent, then an N.O.C will be required from the other parent.
• If a minor is travelling with relatives, then an N.O.C from both parents is required.
• Bank statements of parents in case of minors are necessary.
• The student identity card of the minor is also essential.
