• Passport: Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for minimum six months at time of travel
• Visa application form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant. (Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed)
• Coloured photograph: Two matt-finished, coloured photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photograph should not be older than 3 months. (Tip – Do not wear white-coloured clothes while clicking the photo).
• Cover letter: From the applicant on the Plain paper stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant..Accommodation address should be mentioned on covering letter.
• Travel bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
• Accommodation: Proof of Hotel / accommodation, reservation in Thailand with contact number and address of accommodation.
• Financial documents: 06 months Bank Statement with funds not less than 60,000/- INR maintained THROUGHT 06 months with original seal and signature from authorized person of bank
• Other mandatory documents: Contact/Mobile number of the applicant
• Digital Arrival Card.
