Philippines tourist visa:

Scanned colour copy of the passport (First page & last page, observation page, if applicable). The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India
Scanned copy of your Aadhaar card and PAN card
2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a pure white background with matte-finish size (size 2 inch x 2 inch)

Note: Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Note: The cover letter must be on company letterhead if the applicant is self-employed, and on plain paper if he/she is an employee of any firm.

• Salary slips for the last 3 months

• Original leave letter from employer duly signed by authorised signatory with company name & stamp (With employee designation, name, start date and end date on it)

• Salary account bank statements for last 6 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official

• Copy of Company ID card

If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:

• Certificate of registration of the company / Certificate of Incorporation (MOA / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership etc)

(Note: If the registration is in the local language, then it must be translated into English for Rs 100 Stamp Paper)

• Covering letter on the company letterhead

• Income tax returns for the last 3 years

• Updated current & personal account statements for the last 6 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official on every page

If the applicant is invited (Philippines Family / Friend / Another member):

• Invitation letter from the invitee with duly signed (Mentioning purpose of travel, travel dates, passport details)
