Your itinerary

Day01	Arrival in Rome Welcome to Rome! Upon your arrival, we’ll be there to transfer you to your hotel. Later, our guide will meet you and provide all the essential information. You can also find details on the information sign in the hotel reception area. In the evening, we’ll take you to Via Cavour, an excellent introduction to Rome. Overnight at the hotel. Includes Indian Dinner.
Day02	Rome In the morning, we'll take a three-hour guided tour of the Eternal City, combining a walking tour through Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride to admire one of the oldest and most influential cities in Western civilisation. During the tour, we'll see iconic landmarks such as the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo. The tour will end in Vatican City around 11:00 a.m. Afterwards, our guide will offer an optional visit to explore the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. At the end of the day, we'll include a transfer to the popular Trastevere neighbourhood, known for its cosy restaurants and lively atmosphere. Return to the hotel is expected around 8:30 p.m.  Includes Breakfast & Indian Dinner.
Day03	Rome - Florence Today, we’ll leave Rome and head north, taking in the beautiful landscapes along the way. Upon reaching Florence, we’ll go directly to the stunning Piazzale Michelangelo for breathtaking views of the city. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a guided walking tour with a local expert through the historic centre, visiting landmarks such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza della Signoria. This city is like an open-air museum. Afterward, you´ll have some free time to explore at your leisure. Includes Breakfast & Indian Dinner.
Day04	Florence - Venice Today, we’ll enjoy the stunning mountain landscapes as we cross the Apennines. Upon arriving in Venice, we’ll take a boat across the Giudecca Canal to the Island of Venice. With a local guide, we’ll visit the marvellous St. Mark’s Square. Afterwards, we’ll tour the Murano Glass Factory, where you’ll see the fascinating techniques used to create this ancient glass. You´ll have some free time to explore on your own. Accommodation will be in the Mestre district. Includes Breakfast & Indian Lunch.
Day05	Venice - Innsbruck - Zurich We’ll depart Venice and make our way to Austria. Upon arriving in Innsbruck, you’ll have time to explore the historic town centre and enjoy lunch. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey through the beautiful Tyrolean landscapes as we cross into Switzerland, arriving in Zurich. Includes Breakfast & Indian Dinner.
Day06	Zurich - Lucerne - Zurich Today's journey features stunning landscapes with tall mountains and pristine lakes. We'll enjoy breathtaking scenery in the Interlaken region. Our first stop will be Jungfrau, one of the most recognisable mountains in the world, thanks to its distinctive pyramid shape. We'll have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up the mountain. Once there, we'll walk along a winding path leading to a suspended bridge. For those who are adventurous, crossing the bridge offers spectacular views of the surrounding glaciers. Our next destination is Lucerne, one of Switzerland's most beautiful cities, where you'll have time to explore and enjoy the charming cityscape. We'll then return to Zurich. Includes Breakfast & Indian Dinner.
Day07	Zurich - Strasbourg - Paris We’ll depart from Zurich and travel to the French region of Alsace, where we’ll visit its capital, Strasbourg—a charming city that beautifully blends French and German influences. You’ll have time to explore and get to know the city. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey to Paris, arriving in the evening. Includes Breakfast & Indian Lunch.
Day08	Paris After breakfast, we’ll begin the morning with a panoramic city tour of Paris, guided by a local expert who will showcase the city’s impressive avenues and iconic monuments. Afterwards, we'll head to Montmartre, where you'll have time to enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, we'll immerse ourselves in the rich history of France at the magnificent Palace of Versailles (admission not included), renowned for its stunning gardens. To wrap up this exciting day, we'll enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the Seine, which will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Transfer back to the hotel. Includes Breakfast & Indian Lunch.
Day09	Paris We’ll start our day in central Paris, beginning with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower. You´ll have the chance to go up to the second floor of this famous iron landmark (tickets included). You’ll have the rest of the day free to explore the city at your own pace. After the visit, for those who are especially interested, an optional transfer to Disneyland Paris will be provided. Includes Breakfast.
Day10	Paris After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories. Includes Breakfast.

Cancellation Policy:

As a company, we are always honored to protect the benefits of our guests and business partners, and to always provide the best price, the best package and convenience in cancellation conditions for them. Cancellation policy below is only for land services and in case flights are booked from us, we will follow the cancellation policy of airline companies for flights.

• If you cancel your booking 4 weeks before tour departure date the 30% Tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty
• If you cancel your booking 3 weeks before tour departure date 60% Tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty
• If you cancel your booking 2 weeks before tour departure date 100% cancellation is applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices are quoted per person on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• EMI price is calculated based on 12 months EMIs. 6  & 9 months EMIs are also available.
• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll-away beds and the room size may be the same as the double room.
• It is suggested to carry One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then an alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in the reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless it is closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you of the same.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided on that day.
• Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• The standard check-in time is 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1100hrs.
  The supplement will be applicable for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if any.
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• Surcharges are applicable during festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year, Air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.
• Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice depending on travel dates and availability.
• Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for granting or rejecting of customers' entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
• If there are any changes or cancellations in flights which are done by the airline, Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Non-refundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay a New Rate Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference in rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• In case the guest tests positive after the PCR test then they need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
