Arrival - Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnel.
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City! Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted and transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon, your guide will meet you at the hotel and depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels. Upon arrival at the site, you'll start with an introduction video that provides historical context before exploring the site. Along the way, you'll encounter various mantraps, the remains of an American tank, and numerous bomb craters. You'll then spend an hour navigating the intricate tunnel system, gaining insight into how the Viet Cong survived underground.

Today, we will set off on a journey to My Tho, the lively capital of Tien Giang Province, located along the Mekong River, just 75 kilometres southeast of Ho Chi Minh City. Surrounded by lush orchards and vast rice fields, this charming city plays a vital role in supplying grain across the country. During your visit, explore one or two scenic islands, where you’ll witness traditional crafts such as coconut candy making and honey farming. Enjoy a serene boat trip along the Mekong River, stopping at the historic Vinh Trang Pagoda - the oldest pagoda in the Mekong Delta. In the evening, enjoy your free time experiencing the vibrant energy of Ho Chi Minh City. Dive into its bustling nightlife, where an array of bars, pubs, and entertainment options await.

Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang (By Air).
Today, proceed to the airport, where you will board your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Marble Mountains, a stunning cluster of limestone and marble hills. Discover the Non Nuoc stone carving village, where skilled artisans create intricate stone sculptures. As you wander through the mountains, take in the tranquil beauty of ancient temples and hidden caves. Next, travel to the charming town of Hoi An, which is celebrated for its well-preserved architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Stroll through the bustling old town, and experience the enchanting transformation of the city as lanterns illuminate the streets at dusk.

Da Nang - Ba Na Hills – Da Nang.
After breakfast, transfer to Ba Na Hills, where a breathtaking cable car ride awaits to take you to an altitude of 1,487 metres above sea level. This remarkable cable car system, the second longest in the world, boasts a dramatic elevation difference of 1,292 metres between stations. Upon arrival, explore the diverse attractions of Ba Na Hills, including an ecological park, a lively theme park, a serene pagoda, and a charming French-style village (excluding the wax museum). Take a stroll along the iconic Golden Bridge, a stunning pedestrian walkway that offers uninterrupted views of the breathtaking landscape below. Afterwards, enjoy some free time to further explore the park, discover exciting games, and experience various entertainment areas at your own pace. When you are ready, take the cable car back down the mountain for your transfer to the hotel.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before proceeding to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda. As the largest pagoda in Vietnam, Bai Dinh is home to 500 La Han statues and features the country's tallest bronze Buddha statue, standing 10 metres high and weighing an impressive 100 tonnes. After exploring the pagoda, continue your journey to the breathtaking Trang An Scenic Complex. Embark on a serene boat trip through a network of caves, including Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou. As you glide along the winding waterways, take in the awe-inspiring landscapes of towering mountains and tranquil rivers—often referred to as the "Halong Bay on land".

In the morning, set off on a scenic drive across the Red River Delta, arriving at the coast just before noon. Upon arrival, embark on a beautifully crafted boat for a memorable day cruise through the breathtaking seascape of Ha Long Bay. As you sail through the emerald waters, enjoy a delectable seafood lunch while taking in the stunning limestone formations that create a truly magical backdrop. In the afternoon, venture into a quieter, less-travelled area of the bay for pure relaxation. Depending on the season and weather conditions, you may have the chance to explore a fascinating cave, visit a floating village, or enjoy a kayaking adventure.

Day08

Hanoi - Departure.
After breakfast, proceed to start exploring Hanoi city. Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda, located by West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, built in the 6th century. Visit the Ho Chi Minh complex, where you have the chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh. Then, walk around the garden to see the 2 houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. After that, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, which worships the goddess of mercy. Next, visit the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of the 54 ethnic groups living in Vietnam. Afterwards, continue to visit the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11th century. Then leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum, which was originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the "Hanoi Hilton". Afterwards, transfer to the airport for the departure flight back to your sweet home.
