Haridwar – Barkot (190 km / 6–7 hrs)
On arrival, you will be picked up from Haridwar Railway Station and proceed to Barkot.
Upon reaching Barkot, check in to your hotel or camp. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Barkot offers a breathtaking Himalayan panorama of natural beauty. It is a treasure trove of lush valleys, soaring peaks, cascading waterfalls, and soothing hot water springs. Barkot is a beautiful hill station located at the foothills of Yamunotri.

Barkot – Jankichatti – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 km drive / 2 hrs + 6 km trek one way)
In the morning, proceed towards Yamunotri. From Jankichatti, start your 6 km trek to Yamunotri. You may also hire a palki or horse for the trek at an additional cost.
During the trek, enjoy scenic views of lush green valleys and a variety of Himalayan flora. After performing rituals and pooja, return to Barkot. Overnight stay at the hotel or camp.
Yamunotri is one of the sacred Char Dham shrines. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, who is worshipped in the form of a black marble idol. Yamunotri is also the source of the Yamuna River and is believed to be the daughter of Surya, the Sun God.

Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 km / 3–4 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. En route, you can visit Prakateshwar Mahadev Temple (Shiva Cave), Kashi Vishwanath Temple, and Shakti Temple.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Uttarkashi, also known as the Kashi of the North, is located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River and is known for its temples, ashrams, and spiritual significance. In the evening, you may take a stroll around the town.
Vishwanath Temple is one of the oldest Shiva temples in Northern India. It was reconstructed in 1857 by Maharani Khaneti Devi of Tehri State in traditional architectural style. The temple complex also houses shrines of Ganesh Ji, Sakshi Gopal, and Markandeya Rishi. Rituals such as Akhand Jyoti, Akhand Abhishek, and daily aartis are performed here.
Shakti Temple, located opposite Vishwanath Temple, features a large trident approximately 6 meters high. According to mythology, it represents the weapon of Goddess Durga.
Weather in Uttarkashi: Summers are warm with pleasant nights, while winters are cold.

Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km / 3–4 hrs)
Early in the morning, drive to Gangotri. En route, visit Gangnani, Jhala Valley, Lanka Bridge, Bhairav Ghati, Harsil Valley, and Surya Kund.
Upon reaching Gangotri, perform pooja and rituals at the temple. Later, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Gangotri is a sacred pilgrimage town located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. It is believed that the River Ganga first descended to Earth here. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Ganga.

Uttarkashi – Guptkashi/Sitapur/Rampur (240 km / 9–10 hrs)
After an early breakfast, depart for Guptkashi. En route, you may visit Chaurangi Khal.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel or camp. Overnight stay.
Guptkashi, meaning Hidden Kashi, is located 47 km from Kedarnath and is known for its religious importance and temples such as the Ardhanarishwar Temple.

Day06

Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Gaurikund – Kedarnath (35 km drive + 18 km trek one way)
Wake up early, have breakfast, and check out from the hotel. Drive to Sonprayag. Your vehicle will drop you there.
From Sonprayag, take a shared shuttle taxi to Gaurikund at your own cost, as private vehicles are not allowed beyond this point.
From Gaurikund, begin your trek to Kedarnath.
Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is one of the most sacred shrines in India. You may hire a palki or horse for the trek at an additional cost. Along the way, enjoy views of snow-capped mountains, waterfalls, and glaciers.
Upon arrival, check in to government camps or lodges. Overnight stay.

Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Sonprayag – Guptkashi (18 km trek + 35 km drive)
Wake up before dawn and take a bath. Visit the temple for Abhishek and pooja. After darshan, return to your accommodation.
Later, trek down from Kedarnath to Gaurikund. From there, take a shared vehicle to Sonprayag at your own cost.
At Sonprayag, your vehicle will pick you up and transfer you back to Guptkashi. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Guptkashi – Chopta – Badrinath (190 km / 7–8 hrs)
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Badrinath via Chopta Valley and Joshimath, including a visit to Narsingh Temple.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. After some rest, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Badrinath is a significant pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Vishnu, situated at an altitude of 3,133 meters.
Weather in Badrinath: The average maximum temperature is around 18°C and the minimum around 8°C. Warm woolen clothing is recommended year-round. Winters are extremely cold with snowfall, and the area is usually closed to tourists.

Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag (165 km / 5–6 hrs)
In the morning, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan, then return for breakfast. Afterward, proceed for local sightseeing, including Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti Temple.
Later, drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. En route, visit Karnaprayag.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay.

Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar (160 km / 5–6 hrs)
After breakfast, depart for Haridwar via Rishikesh.
Rishikesh, known as the Yoga Capital of the World, is one of India’s most visited spiritual destinations. Visit attractions such as Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and Janki Setu.
After sightseeing, continue your journey to Haridwar.
Upon arrival, you will be dropped at your preferred location, such as your hotel or Haridwar Railway Station.
