Day01	Haridwar – Guptkashi/Sitapur/Rampur (240 km / 9–10 hrs) After breakfast, depart for your next destination, Guptkashi. The journey takes you through picturesque locations such as Devprayag (the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers), Dhari Devi, Rudraprayag (the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers), Guptkashi (Hidden Kashi), and Augustmuni. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel/camp. Overnight stay at the hotel/camp. Guptkashi is located at a distance of 47 km from the holy shrine of Kedarnath. The town holds immense religious importance as it houses famous ancient temples like the Ardhanarishwar Temple. Includes Dinner
Day02	Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Gaurikund – Kedarnath (35 km drive + 18 km trek one way) Wake up early in the morning and check out of the hotel after breakfast. Start your drive to Gaurikund, which is approximately 33 km away. Your vehicle will drop you at Sonprayag. From Sonprayag, you will need to take a shared shuttle taxi to Gaurikund at your own cost, as private vehicles are not allowed beyond this point due to local regulations. After reaching Gaurikund, begin your trek to Kedarnath. Kedarnath: The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. To reach the temple, you may hire a palki or a horse (cost not included). On the way, you will experience stunning views of snow-capped mountains, waterfalls, and more. Upon arrival, check in at government camps/lodges or a dharamshala (dormitory-based rooms). Overnight stay at the accommodation. Includes Breakfast & Dinner
Day03	Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Sonprayag – Guptkashi (18 km trek + 35 km drive) Early in the morning, wake up and take a bath. Later, visit the temple for Abhishek and pooja at Kedarnath Ji. After darshan and pooja, you may also visit Bhairav Temple (1.5 km from Kedarnath). Return to your camp/lodge. Begin your trek back from Kedarnath to Gaurikund and take a shared shuttle to Sonprayag (at your own cost). From Sonprayag, your vehicle will pick you up and drive you back to your hotel in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at the hotel. Includes Breakfast & Dinner
Day04	Guptkashi – Chopta – Badrinath (190 km / 7–8 hrs) After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to your next destination, Badrinath, via Chopta Valley (base of Tungnath Ji) and Joshimath (Narsingh Temple). Upon arrival in Badrinath, check in to the hotel. After some rest and refreshments, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. Badrinath is an important pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is situated at an altitude of 3,133 meters. Tapt Kund: Natural thermal springs on the bank of the Alaknanda River, where it is customary to bathe before entering the temple. Mana Village: Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet. Weather in Badrinath: The average maximum temperature is around 18°C, and the minimum is about 8°C. Warm woolen clothes are recommended throughout the year. Winters are extremely cold, often with snowfall, and the temple remains closed during this period. Includes Breakfast & Dinner
Day05	Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag (165 km / 5–6 hrs) In the morning, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Badrinath. Visit major attractions such as Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Saraswati Temple. In the afternoon, drive towards Rudraprayag via Joshimath. En route, visit Karnaprayag. Upon arrival in Rudraprayag, check in to the hotel and stay overnight. Rudraprayag (confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers) holds great religious significance and is known for its scenic beauty and tranquility. Includes Breakfast & Dinner
Day06	Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar - Departure (160 km / 5–6 hrs) After breakfast, depart for Haridwar via Rishikesh. Rishikesh (Yoga Capital of the World) is one of the most visited destinations in India. Visit popular attractions such as Laxman Jhula and Janki Setu. After sightseeing, continue your journey to Haridwar. Upon arrival in Haridwar, you will be dropped at your desired location (hotel or railway station). Includes Breakfast

Hotel Terms and Conditions:

• In case of non-availability of rooms at the mentioned hotel, a similar category hotel will be provided.
• Kedarnath does not offer deluxe facilities due to its high-altitude location. Therefore, only basic amenities will be provided there, without meals.
• Hotels, camps, or any other accommodation may deny check-in if valid ID proof is not provided. The company will not be held responsible for such issues.
• The standard check-in time is generally 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out will be chargeable as per hotel policy, unless specifically included in the package.
• Meals will be served at the hotel on a set menu basis. Any special order will be charged extra and must be paid directly to the hotel.
• In double-sharing rooms, many hotels provide a rollaway bed as an extra bed, while others may provide an extra mattress, subject to hotel availability.
• Lift facilities are generally not available in hotels in the Chardham sector. Also, most hotels in this region do not have air conditioning. If you require an AC hotel, please inform us in advance, as the charges may vary.
• Hot water facilities may be limited in some hotels. In case of electricity issues, the hotel will provide hot water in buckets.

Vehicle Terms and Conditions::

• Air conditioning will not operate in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stopped or parked. The hill region starts from Dehradun/Rishikesh, and A/C will not function beyond these points.
• Toll taxes and parking charges are included only once for the same location. Any additional toll or parking charges for repeat visits to the same place will be payable by the guest directly.
• Only one pickup and one drop point are included. Multiple pickup or drop points, if required, must be informed in advance and will be chargeable.
• For safety reasons and as per government guidelines, the vehicle will not operate after 9:00 PM. Music is also not allowed in hilly areas due to safety concerns.
• The maximum driving time is 12 hours per day.
• The tour destination or route cannot be changed without prior notice. Any amendment to the route or destination may result in a change in cost.
• The vehicle will not enter no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive through narrow lanes or roads that may cause traffic congestion or pose a risk.
• The vehicle will be used only for sightseeing points that fall on the route, within city limits, or are specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
• Sightseeing is permitted only within city limits. Any off-route sightseeing or visits beyond city limits must be informed in advance and will be chargeable.
• No refund will be provided if any particular sightseeing point is missed.
• In the event of a vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible in case of major issues. For minor issues, the vehicle will be repaired on the spot. Your cooperation in such situations will be appreciated.
• The company will not be held responsible for any delays, alterations, or additional expenses caused by natural calamities, transport breakdowns, weather conditions, illness, landslides, road closures, political unrest, or any other unforeseen incidents.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

As a company, we are always honoured to protect the benefits of our guests and business partners and to always provide the best price, the best package, and convenience in cancellation conditions for them. The cancellation policy below is only for land services, and in case flights are booked from us, we will follow the cancellation policy of airline companies for flights.

Payment terms:

• Package Confirmation & Booking, please deposit the 50% amount of the Tour cost to process the booking and the balance amount is to be paid 15 days before from your departure dates.
• Passengers are only allowed to board or initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour.

Cancellation policies:

• Administrative Fee: Upon confirmation of the booking, if the guest subsequently chooses to cancel, a deduction of 5% on the total package cost will be applicable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
• Cancellation Charges Based on Notice Period:
• Up to 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the package amount
• Up to 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the package amount
• Within 14 days of departure: No refund will be provided
• No Show: No refund will be provided
• Credit Note: A credit note will be issued for any cancellation of a confirmed booking, subject to the above terms.

Terms and Conditions:

• EMI price is calculated based on 12 months EMIs. 6  & 9 months EMIs are also available.
• Prices are valid for travel till June 30, 2026.
• Prices are quoted per person on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• The standard check-in time is 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1200hrs.
  The supplement will be applicable for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if any.
• Surcharge applicable for transfers between 2000hrs - 0600hrs.
• Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• For one adult and one child travelling please consider the adult rate for the child.
• Cost is based on guests travelling together on the same flight.
• Surcharges are applicable during the festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year, and Air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.
• Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice depending on travel dates and availability.
• Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for granting or rejecting of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
• If there are any changes or cancellations in flights which are done by the airline, Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Non-refundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay a New Rate   Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference in rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• In case the guest tests positive after the PCR test then they need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
