Your itinerary

Day1	Vienna Upon arrival at the airport, we shall transfer you to the hotel. You will have free time until your tour starts, there will be boards containing information regarding the meeting place and the time of when the tour starts. Overnight stay in Vienna.
Day2	Vienna 09:00 hrs: As we reach Vienna, we will begin with a scenic sightseeing tour of places such as the Opera, the Museum of Fine Arts and Natural History, the Parliament, the Royal Theatre, the City Hall, and the University. We will also visit the Church of San Carlos and also the Belvedere Palace. Once we reach the  Schönbrunn Palace, you can enjoy a stroll in its beautiful gardens. As we approach the evening, we will visit the City Hall Square where the nightlife is vibrant. Post that we will have dinner with a variety of cuisine to choose from, such as  Austrian, Chinese, Indian and Italian. After dinner, we shall return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Vienna. Day3	Vienna- Maribor- Zagreb 07:30 hrs: Vienna - Departure 11:00 hrs: Maribor - Arrival. Time for a stroll in Slovenia’s second-largest city, overlooked by its castle. We will be in Maribor, Slovenia's second-largest city. 13:00 hrs: Maribor - Departure 16:00 hrs: Zagreb - We will start the panoramic tour of Zagreb with the help of our local guide. The tour will be about two hours. Dinner will be included. Overnight stay in Zagreb. Includes Breakfast & Dinner
Day4	Zagreb- Bania Luka- Jajce - Sarajevo 07:30 hrs: Zagreb - Departure. We will travel to Bosnia. Areas of hills and forests in the centre of Croatia. Upon departure from Zagreb, we will make our way to Bosnia. 09:30 hrs: Border crossing procedures entering Bosnia (sometimes they can be delayed). We travel through the region where the ruined houses remind us of the war and ethnic conflict in Bosnia that took place in the 1990s. Make sure to carry your passport as we will be entering Bosnia. 10:30 hrs: Bania Luka - After arrival, we can take a nice walk in Republika Srpska. We will be able to see boulevards and gardens as well as a fortress and an orthodox cathedral. 11:30 hrs: Bania Luka, departure.  13:00 hrs: Jajce - Arrive in what is perhaps the most beautiful town in Bosnia, with its cultural mix, its mosque, its fortress, and its impressive waterfall. We arrive at an awe-inspiring town in Bosnia, a mix of cultures, a mosque, its fortress, and a waterfall. Then it's time for lunch. 14:30hrs: Jajce, depart and continue to the capital of Bosnia. 17:30 hrs: Sarajevo - Arrival. We will have a panoramic city tour with the help of a local guide. We will walk through the historical centre that influences Turkey. Dinner will be included. Overnight stay in Sarajevo. Includes Breakfast & Dinner
Day5	Sarajevo - Mostar - Medjugorge - Dubrovnik We will have some free time to check out Sarajevo, where the Tunnel of Hope sits. The tunnel has an impressive story to its name as it was an essential part of a war. 10:30 hrs: Sarajevo - Departure.  13:00 hrs: Mostar.Free time to spend strolling until it's time to have lunch. The streets are lively and have several small restaurants. 16:00 hrs: Departure.  16:30 hrs: Medjugorje - Arrival -A place where many Catholic pilgrims come. We will then continue to the main church and urban centre. 17:30 hrs: Medjugorje - departure. Departure to Croatia. Border procedures. 20:00 hrs: Dubrovnik - Your accommodation may be in Cavtat, on the coast near a city. Dinner will be included. Overnight stay in Dubrovnik. Includes Breakfast & Dinner
Day6	Dubrovnik Dubrovnik - We begin our tour with the help of the local guide from the city of Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful places. We reach the top of a mountain by cable car, from which we will have an amazing view of the city. Post this we will walk to visit its historic centre. This visit includes entrances to the Franciscan Monastery, and; the entrance to the cathedral of Dubrovnik. The afternoon will be free, and we make our way to the hotel. Dinner will be included. Overnight stay in Dubrovnik. Includes Breakfast & Dinner
Day7	Departure Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home. Includes Breakfast

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

• The package is fully non-refundable in case of a no-show or cancellation.
• 100% advance payment is required to process the booking.
• Any changes in Government rules (India or visiting / transiting / quarantining country) the booking is fully non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices are quoted per person on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• EMI price is calculated based on 12 months EMIs. 6  & 9 months EMIs are also available.
• The above prices are based on the current rate of exchange Euro 1 = INR 87. The prevailing day’s ROE will be applicable at the time of booking.
• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll-away beds and the room size may be the same as the double room.
• It is suggested to carry One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then an alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in the reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless it is closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you of the same.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided on that day.
• Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• The standard check-in time is 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1100hrs.
  The supplement will be applicable for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if any.
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• Surcharges are applicable during festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year, Air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.
• Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice depending on travel dates and availability.
• Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for granting or rejecting of customers' entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
• If there are any changes or cancellations in flights which are done by the airline, Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Non-refundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay a New Rate Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference in rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• In case the guest tests positive after the PCR test then they need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
