Day01	Copenhagen Arrive at Copenhagen Airport and get transferred to your Hotel. Check in and relax. Overnight at the hotel. Overnight stay in Copenhagen.
Day02	Copenhagen - Odense - Aarhus In the morning we enjoy a sightseeing tour of the Danish capital with a local guide. Copenhagen is the largest Scandinavian city, and full of contrasts, the popular Tivoli, Christiansborg Palace, the terraces of Nyhavn, and The Little Mermaid. We will then travel to Jutland, passing through pleasant scenery on our way. En route, we take a 20km bridge over the sea and stop at Odense, where we can visit its gothic cathedral and the house of Andersen. We continue to Aarhus and our accommodation. Overnight stay in Aarhus. Includes Breakfast
Day03	Aarhus - Kristiansand - Flekkefjord - Stavanger We will travel to Hirtshals, where we will take a ferry crossing the North Sea to Norway. A three-hour voyage to Kristiansand. We will continue along Norway’s southern coastline and enjoy its stunning landscapes. The next stop is Flekkefjord, a town with wooden houses and tiny restaurants on a fjord. Arrival at Stavanger, a small picturesque town that has an active port by the fjord. Overnight stay in Stavanger. Includes Breakfast
Day04	Stavanger - Bergen Upon leaving the city, we will stop at the ‘Swords in Rock’ monument, where we will be reminded of the Vikings, before continuing the very beautiful scenic tour. We follow the route going through tunnels, and bridges and travel some stretches by boat to go along the fjord coast of Norway. One of its undersea tunnels is the deepest one in the world. This stage gets more relaxed and spectacular with its two boat trips. We will arrive in Bergen at lunchtime. We take a cable car trip to Mount Fløyen which offers amazing views of the town and Bergen fjord. There will be some leisure time later to enjoy the capital city of the fjords. Day05	Bergen - Sognefjord - Oslo More fantastic landscapes today, images of Norway’s interior region fjords, glaciers, lakes and forests. We will travel to Sognefjord, Norway’s largest fjord. Before arrival, we will make a stop at the beautiful Tvindefossen waterfall. We will take a magnificent cruise between the cities of Gudvangen and Aurland; and enjoy stunning landscapes during this hour-and-a-half voyage. We continue our journey crossing magnificent snow-covered landscapes. We travel through Aurland Tunnel, the longest in the world. Next, a visit included Borgund’s 12th-century wooden church (closed in winter, for this reason only the exterior visit), which is considered Norway’s best-preserved medieval church. We arrive in Oslo with free time to have a walk through its port, main streets, and the artworks at Frognerparken. Overnight stay in Oslo Includes Breakfast
Day06	Oslo - Orebro - Stokholm We include a sightseeing tour with a local guide of the Norwegian capital; this city combines its vibrant modern architecture with its classical buildings, magnificent scenery and large parks with sculptures. It has been nominated the ¨European green capital¨. After the tour, free time. Departure for Sweden. Enjoy landscapes with forests and lakes. The next stop is Orebro, a town next to a beautiful lake with a castle and charming historic centre. Time for a stroll. Continuing to Stockholm, arriving in the evening. Overnight stay in Stockholm Includes Breakfast
Day07	Stockholm Today we take a sightseeing tour of this very beautiful capital city built on 14 islands joined together. We will see the Gamla Stand or the “City between the Bridges”, the old quarter of the city, full of life where there are many monumental buildings such as the Nobel Museum, alongside the main square of Stortorget, which pays tribute to the winners of the Nobel Prizes, the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we will enjoy a pretty view from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Then leisure time. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, we suggest a visit to the City Hall and the Vasa museum. Overnight stay in Stockholm Includes Breakfast
Day08	Stockholm - Helsingborg - Helsingor - Copenhagen Leaving Stockholm, we travel south. After spending some time in the active coastal town of Elsingborg, we will take a ferry from Sweden to Helsingor in Denmark in the early afternoon. Enjoy some time in Helsingor, Hamlet’s hometown, where the great Kronborg Castle stands out, before we resume our trip to Copenhagen, arriving in the evening. Overnight stay in Copenhagen. Includes Breakfast
Day09	Departure  Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport for your flight to your hometown. Includes Breakfast

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

• The package is fully non-refundable in case of a no-show or cancellation.
• 100% advance payment is required to process the booking.
• Any changes in Government rules (India or visiting / transiting / quarantining country) the booking is fully non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices are quoted per person on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• EMI price is calculated based on 12 months EMIs. 6  & 9 months EMIs are also available.
• The above prices are based on the current rate of exchange Euro 1 = INR 91. The prevailing day’s ROE will be applicable at the time of booking.
• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll-away beds and the room size may be the same as the double room.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then an alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in the reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless it is closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you of the same.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided on that day.
• Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• The standard check-in time is 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1100hrs.
  The supplement will be applicable for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if any.
• Surcharge applicable for transfers between 2000 hrs - 0600 hrs
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• Surcharges are applicable during festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year, Air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.

• If there are any changes or cancellations in flights which are done by the airline, Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Non-refundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay a New Rate Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference in rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• In case the guest tests positive after the PCR test then they need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
