Day01	Hanoi Arrival. Arrive in Hanoi, where you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Overnight stay at Flower Garden Hotel (Deluxe).
Day02	Hanoi City Tour with Cyclo Ride. After breakfast, embark on a full-day city tour of Hanoi. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including the Mausoleum (closed on Mondays & Fridays), Presidential Palace, House on Stilts, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Later, enjoy a one-hour cyclo ride through the Old Quarter and visit a traditional Vietnamese long house before returning to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day03	Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Tam Coc – Mua Cave. Depart Hanoi for Ninh Binh. Take a rowing boat trip through Tam Coc, visiting three magical grottos. Continue with a short cycling tour through the rice fields. After lunch at a local restaurant, climb 500 steps up Mua Cave for a panoramic view of Ninh Binh before returning to Hanoi. Overnight at Flower Garden Hotel.
Day04	Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Tra Bau. Transfer by limousine bus to Ha Long Bay and board the luxurious Peony Cruise. Enjoy welcome drinks and a seafood lunch as you sail through Lan Ha Bay. In the afternoon, kayak or swim in Tra Bau’s pristine waters. Participate in a cooking demonstration, watch the sunset, and enjoy dinner on board. The evening is free for cocktails, spa treatments, or squid fishing. Overnight on Peony Cruise.
Day05	Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba Island – Hanoi – Da Nang. Start the day with Tai Chi on deck, followed by breakfast. Visit Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island before returning to the cruise for check-out and disembarkation. Transfer back to Hanoi and catch a flight to Da Nang. Overnight at Grand Tourane Hotel (Superior City View).
Day06	Walking Tour of Hoi An & Sunset Boat Trip. Take a walking tour of Hoi An, exploring merchants’ houses, a Hokkien temple, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and the riverside market. Join a lantern-making workshop and later enjoy a sunset boat trip on the Thu Bon River to Thanh Ha pottery village. Overnight in Da Nang.
Day07	Ba Na Hills & Golden Hand Bridge. Travel to Ba Na Hills via Southeast Asia’s most modern cable car. Visit Fantasy Park, explore King Peak for panoramic views, and see Linh Tu Pagoda. The highlight is the Golden Hand Bridge, offering spectacular scenery. Return to Da Nang in the evening. Overnight at Grand Tourane Hotel.
Day08	Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh City. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Huong Sen Annex (Premier Deluxe).
Day09	Cu Chi Tunnels & Ho Chi Minh City Tour. In the morning, visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible network of underground passages used during the war. In the afternoon, tour Ho Chi Minh City, including the Presidential Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Post Office, and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day10	Ben Tre – The Coconut Kingdom. Take a day trip to Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta. Cruise the river, visit local cottage industries, sample tropical fruits, and enjoy a traditional lunch at a farmer’s home. Later, take a sampan ride before returning to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight at Huong Sen Annex.
Day11	Ho Chi Minh City Departure. Enjoy leisure time before being transferred to the airport for your onward flight. End of services.

Cancellation Policy

If Visa gets rejected within 45 days of the tour date, then the above cancellation policy will be applicable.	As per above conditions

As a company, we are always honoured to protect the benefits of our guests and business partners and to always provide the best price, the best package, and convenience in cancellation conditions for them. The cancellation policy below is only for land services, and in case flights are booked from us, we will follow the cancellation policy of airline companies for flights.

• If you cancel your booking 4 weeks before the tour departure date, the 30% tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty.
• If you cancel your booking 3 weeks before the tour departure date, 60% of the tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty.
• If you cancel your booking 2 weeks before the tour departure date, 100% cancellation is applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

• The above prices are valid till 31st December, 2025.
• Prices are quoted per person on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• EMI price is calculated based on 12 months EMIs. 6  & 9 months EMIs are also available.
• Prevailing day’s ROE will be applicable at a time of booking.
• Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• The standard check-in time is 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1100hrs.
  The supplement will be applicable for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if any.
• From 2300 hours - 0700 hours, private arrival / departure transfers shall be applicable.
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• For one adult and one child travelling please consider the adult rate for the child.
• Accommodation for the child as stated in the Child policy of Individual hotels. A child below 02 years is considered an infant and 02 years to 12 years are considered to be a child.
• Surcharges are applicable during festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year, Air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.
• Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice depending on travel dates and availability.
• Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for granting or rejecting of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
• If there are any changes or cancellations in flights which are done by the airline, Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Non-refundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay a New Rate   Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference in rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• In case the guest tests positive after the PCR test then they need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
