    Welcome to Helsinki, the capital of Finland, the happiest country in the world. The city is a hotspot for design and architecture, and its aesthetically pleasing, vibrant neighbourhoods (like its Design District) are a must-see. On arrival in Helsinki, you will be greeted by your friendly representative, who will later escort you to your hotel and check you in..

    Helsinki - Overnight Cruise - Stockholm.

    Today check out from your hotel and proceed for a guided city tour by driving past the city’s busy harbour and shipyards and down the coastal road by Embassy Park. After seeing the colourful open-air market, you will see Senate Square, home to an elegant Lutheran cathedral, as well as Esplanade, a popular shopping avenue where many designer shops are located. Visit the Sibelius Monument dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius.

    The tour will also take you down Mannerheim Street – Helsinki’s main street – to see the impressive Parliament building, the National Museum, and Finlandia Hall; Alvar Aalto designed this beautiful concert hall and convention centre. Later, see the Olympic Stadium Helsinki constructed for its hosting of the 1952 Olympic Games. During your sightseeing tour of Helsinki, you will also see the unique Rock Church, which was built out of solid rock and capped with a copper dome. Later in the afternoon proceed to the pier to board the overnight cruise to Stockholm.

    Arrive in Stockholm, the Swedish capital. It is an open city for different perspectives and new ideas. Stockholm is famed for its iconic city hall, the world's first open-air museum, and other historical sites. A vibrant destination where innovations in music, design, fashion, and technology are born. Disembark from the cruise and proceed for a guided tour of Drottningholm Palace. Experience a historic milieu of the highest standard. Drottningholm Palace is Sweden's best-preserved royal palace constructed in the seventeenth century, the permanent residence of the royal family, and one of Stockholm's three World Heritage Sites. Later, meet your local guide at the hotel lobby and proceed on a guided tour of the city of Stockholm, often referred to as the Venice of the North.

    Visit Fjällgatan to see the magnificent view of the Swedish capital, spread out on 14 islands with Lake Mälar on one side and the Baltic Sea on the other. See the Old Town with its fascinating narrow cobblestone alleys, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, and the City Hall where the festivities of the annual Nobel Prize award take place. Continue to the impressive Vasa Museum; this outstanding museum, which houses eight exhibitions, is one of Sweden’s most popular tourist attractions because of its beautifully preserved wooden warship that sank in Stockholm Harbour during her ill-fated maiden voyage in 1628. Go up on the gondola to the SkyView – Stockholm’s landmark, a world-class attraction that takes you to the top of the world’s largest spherical building for a fantastic view of Stockholm.

    As a company, we are always honoured to protect the benefits of our guests and business partners and to always provide the best price, the best package, and convenience in cancellation conditions for them. The cancellation policy below is only for land services, and in case flights are booked from us, we will follow the cancellation policy of airline companies for flights.

  • If you cancel your booking 4 weeks before the tour departure date, the 30% tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty.
  • If you cancel your booking 3 weeks before the tour departure date, 60% of the tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty.
  • If you cancel your booking 2 weeks before the tour departure date, 100% cancellation is applicable.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • Prices are quoted per person on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
    • EMI price is calculated based on 12 months EMIs. 6  & 9 months EMIs are also available.
    • The above prices are based on the current rate of exchange Euro 1 = INR 91. The prevailing day’s ROE will be applicable at the time of booking.
    • A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
    • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll-away beds and the room size may be the same as the double room.
    • If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then an alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
    • Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in the reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless it is closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you of the same.
    • In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided on that day.
    • Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
    • There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
    • The standard check-in time is 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1100hrs.
      The supplement will be applicable for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if any.
    • Surcharge applicable for transfers between 2000 hrs - 0600 hrs
    • At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
    • Surcharges are applicable during festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year, Air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.
    • Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice depending on travel dates and availability.
    • Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
    • Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for granting or rejecting of customers' entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
    • If there are any changes or cancellations in flights which are done by the airline, Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Non-refundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay a New Rate Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference in rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
    • In case the guest tests positive after the PCR test then they need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
