You shall be prompted to send the original documents, such as reports or receipts as Bajaj Allianz would be unable to process your travel insurance claim without the relevant documents. Each type of insurance claim that you make may have a different requirement (for example, medical report, invoice, receipt, police report, etc). You will be advised about the documentation required for the claim by Bajaj Allianz customer care executive.
The travel insurance policy can be cancelled only along with your flight ticket booked through Musafir.com India. Thus, if you are cancelling your flight ticket, your travel policy will also be cancelled.
