Domestic and International Holiday Packages

Before booking your holiday package:

• I don’t want the full holiday package. I just need hotel and transportation. What should I do?

  You can opt for partial services of a holiday tour package. Simply send us an email at packages@in.musafir.com.

• Can I pick and choose the inclusions in my holiday package?

  Absolutely! Our holiday expert team combines the best deals on airfares, hotels and land services. However, you can pick and choose the inclusions like airlines, hotel type, category of room, sightseeing activities, etc.

• What does ‘Per Person on twin sharing basis’ mean?

  It means the price is calculated for one passenger on twin-sharing (two people sharing the same room) basis. Please note that prices are different for single occupancy (One person staying alone in one room).

While booking a holiday package:

• The holiday package I’m selecting has specific meals options. How many meals will I get in a package?

  Please check the package itinerary clearly to see where all the meal options are mentioned. In most holiday packages, only breakfast is included. However, if your holiday package clearly mentioned a lunch or dinner, it will be included on that specific day during the tour.

• What types of meal options are available in a holiday package?

  There are multiple types of meal options.

  Example: EP (European Plan) meal plan means no meals are included in the package, AP (American Plan) means breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the package, MAP (Modified American Plan) means breakfast and one meal (either lunch or dinner) are included in the package, CP (Continental Plan) means breakfast only.

After booking your holiday package:

• I have my family/friend joining me mid-way on the tour. Is it possible to get their arrangements on the same tour?

  Yes, it is possible depending on the availability of hotel rooms and services. Please drop us an email at postsales@in.musafir.com.

• When will I receive my holiday package vouchers?

  You will receive the vouchers at least 7 days prior to your scheduled departure date after the receipt of the full-tour payment.

Amendments, cancellations and refunds:

• I want to cancel my holiday package.

• Is it possible to cancel my holiday package midway?

  Yes. You can cancel your holiday package midway while on the tour. However, the amount may be non-refundable.

• I’ve booked my holiday package including flight tickets with Musafir.com India. However, the flight got cancelled by the airline. Will I get any refund?

  If the flight gets cancelled by the airline, you will be eligible for a 100% refund on the flight ticket amount (excluding the convenience fee for flights of Musafir.com India) subject to the airline agreeing to refund the amount to Musafir.com India. However, you will have to bear the changes occurred in your hotel booking and other services. Our holiday experts will assist you with rebooking the services.
