Your itinerary

Day01	Arrival in Oslo. Arrive at Oslo Airport and get transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax. Overnight at the hotel.
Day02	Oslo - Örebro - Stockholm After breakfast, proceed to the panoramic tour of the Norwegian capital. This city blends vibrant modern architecture with classical buildings, stunning scenery, and large parks with sculptures. Oslo has been named the European Green Capital. After the tour, you´ll have free time to explore on your own. Next, we’ll depart for Sweden, passing through landscapes of forests and lakes. Our next stop is Örebro, a historic town by a beautiful lake, with a castle and a charming old town. Enjoy some time for a stroll before we continue to Stockholm, arriving in the evening. Includes Breakfast.
Day03	Stockholm Today we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of this beautiful capital city, built on 14 interconnected islands. We’ll visit Gamla Stan, also known as “the city between bridges”, the lively old quarter filled with monumental buildings such as the Nobel Prize Museum, located right beside the main square of Stortorget, which honours Nobel Prize winners, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we’ll enjoy the stunning views from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Afterwards, you’ll have leisure time to explore. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, you can visit the City Hall and the Vasa Museum. Includes Breakfast.
Day04	Stockholm - Overnight on board Enjoy a free day in Stockholm. In the evening, we’ll board a modern ferry for an overnight journey to Finland. Accommodation will be in double en-suite cabins. Includes Breakfast.
Day05	Turku - Naantali - Helsinki As we arrive in Finland, we recommend heading to the ship’s deck for sunrise to enjoy the mesmerising landscapes as we sail past the Åland Islands, a collection of hundreds of forested islands. After disembarking the ferry, you’ll have time to explore Turku, a city with a strong Swedish influence. We’ll then continue our journey to the neighbouring city of Naantali, a picturesque town with charming wooden houses by the sea. Our travels will take us to Helsinki, where we’ll arrive around lunchtime. In the afternoon, you’ll have leisure time to explore the city, including its old market, Russian-influenced buildings, and beautiful churches. Includes Breakfast.
Day06	Helsinki - Tallinn We’ll embark on a boat trip to the Suomenlinna Islands, six islands home to a magnificent fortress that once protected the city’s entrance and is now a World Heritage Site. Take some time to explore, crossing the islands via pedestrian bridges. In the afternoon, we’ll board a ferry to Estonia, a journey of about 2 hours and 30 minutes. As we depart from Helsinki, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the surrounding islands. In the evening, we’ll arrive in Tallinn. Includes Breakfast.
Day07	Tallinn The capital of Estonia is a wonderful city that has preserved its mediaeval core intact. You´ll enjoy a panoramic tour of the city, its walls, churches, squares, and its mediaeval streets filled with tourist attractions. Free time in the afternoon. Includes Breakfast.
Day08	Tallinn - Departure Today proceed to the airport to board the flight. It's time to say goodbye and have a safe flight home.  Includes Breakfast.

• Early check-in and late checkout are on a request basis only and subject to room availability (standard international check-in time is 1500 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs, **subject to change as per hotel’s policy).

• Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides availed by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘tour price includes’.
• Meals(other than those specified in inclusion), laundry, telephone, fax, optional excursions, and other items of a personal nature, including mini bar in the room, telephone bills, gratuities, etc.
• Tips & porter service for the local driver & guide.
• Surcharge applicable for transfers between 2000 hrs - 0600 hrs.
• Surcharges are applicable during conventions, special events, and trade fairs.
• Cost of foreign exchange for personal use.

• 5% GST and 5% or 20% TCS are applicable on the total invoice.

Important Note for Transfers:

• Paris (CDG Airport) Arrival Transfer – Flight landing time should be between 08 AM – 02 PM.
• Rome (FCO Airport) Departure Transfer: The coach will drop at FCO Airport by 1100 AM. Please book your flight accordingly.
• Please note that there may be waiting up to 02-03 Hours (Post reaching the arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
• If flight timings are before/after the suggested timing, You have to arrange your private transfers on a direct payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.

Cancellation Policy:

As a company, we are always honored to protect the benefits of our guests and business partners, and to always provide the best price, the best package and convenience in cancellation conditions for them. Cancellation policy below is only for land services and in case flights are booked from us, we will follow the cancellation policy of airline companies for flights.

• If you cancel your booking 4 weeks before tour departure date the 30% Tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty
• If you cancel your booking 3 weeks before tour departure date 60% Tour cost is applicable + the flight cancellation penalty
• If you cancel your booking 2 weeks before tour departure date 100% cancellation is applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices are quoted per person on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• EMI price is calculated based on 12 months EMIs. 6  & 9 months EMIs are also available.
• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll-away beds and the room size may be the same as the double room.
• It is suggested to carry One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then an alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in the reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless it is closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you of the same.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided on that day.
• Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• The standard check-in time is 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1100hrs.
  The supplement will be applicable for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if any.
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• Surcharges are applicable during festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year, Air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.
• Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice depending on travel dates and availability.
• Musafir does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and all approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Musafir solely acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for granting or rejecting of customers' entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Musafir cannot be held liable for the same. Musafir cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
• If there are any changes or cancellations in flights which are done by the airline, Musafir will not be responsible. Guests have to accept the airline option and if the new option does not match with the hotel reservation and the hotel reservation is Non-refundable then no refund will be given for hotel booking and guests will have to pay a New Rate Subject to availability. If guests agree to confirm their booking with the revised date then any difference in rate will have to be paid else guests can cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• In case the guest tests positive after the PCR test then they need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the guest directly. Musafir.com would not be responsible for any payment for the quarantine procedures if the guest tests positive.
