   This offer applies to Schengen visa applications processed through Musafir.com India Private Limited (“Musafir”).
   
   Under this offer, applicants are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid to Musafir in the event of visa rejection, subject to the terms and conditions below.
   
   Refund applies only to payments made directly to Musafir.

2. Eligibility for Guarantee

   The guarantee is applicable only if:
   
   • The applicant’s case has been reviewed and accepted by Musafir after document verification
   • All required documents are submitted accurately, completely, and within timelines
   • The applicant follows all instructions provided by Musafir
   
   Musafir reserves the right to decline or return any application after review. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the guarantee will not apply.

3. Scope of Refund

   In case of visa rejection:
   
   Musafir will refund all amounts collected directly by Musafir, including:
   • Service fee
   • Visa appointment fee
   
   Payments made directly by the applicant to embassies, consulates, or visa application centres are not included in the refund.

   • Changes in travel purpose or documents after submission
   • Withdrawal or cancellation by the applicant
   • Decisions arising from embassy discretion or policy changes
