For checked baggage the weight restriction is up to 32 Kg and size restriction of 203 Cm (l + w + h). the number of pieces carried is linked to other parameters such as frequent flyer points and partner airlines.

Air China operates a frequent flyer program under the PhoenixMiles brand. The program is run along with six other airlines. Members of the program can earn rewards when they shop for products and services of various entities such as hotel, car rental and financial services who are partners of Air China.
