• Confirmed return air tickets.
• Scanned colour copy of the last and first pages of your passport
• Passport validity should be at least 6 months from your arrival date
• Passport-size photographs (2 recent scanned coloured copies in matte-finish against a white background and 70% face visibility. The dimensions of the photo should be 3.5cms x 4.5cms.)
• Birth Certificate (for minors below 14 years).
• Confirmation details of hotel bookings or staying arrangements.
• Also, present all the supporting documents required if you are being sponsored by any of your relative and all your expenses are being paid by them.

Documents required for Offline Malaysia Visa

• Confirmed return air tickets
• Original passport with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
  2 recent photographs ( passport size, white background,  70% face visibility, size 3.5cms x 4.5cms)
• Duly signed Malaysia visa form.
