About The Service
Vistara Web Check In facility can be used by flyers who have a confirmed reservation with the airline. In order to avail the service, the passengers need to visit the official website of Vistara, where he/she will be required to fill in details such as the PNR number and the registered email address (used at the time of booking). If the passenger doesn’t wish to fill in the email address, he/she can fill in the first and last name along with origin and destination city. That being done, must click on the ‘Begin Check In’ tab to continue. Next, the flyer can choose a preferred seat with the help of the interactive seat map, after which the boarding pass is issued, which can either be printed right away or at a later stage. Please remember, that this service can be used anywhere between 48 hours to 2 hours, prior to the departure of the flight.
What You Should Know
- For domestic flyers who have used the online check-in service of Jet Airways, it is mandatory to carry the print out of the issued boarding pass.
- If you’ve completed the web check-in formalities, Vistara baggage allowance rules allow you to drop your check-in luggage, if any, at the designated area and head straight to the security counter. In case you have no check-in bags, you can simply head out for the security check and board your flight.
- Flyers such as pregnant women, unaccompanied minors and senior citizens, who need special service requirements, do not qualify to use this service.
- Domestic travellers who use the web check-in services are required to reach the airport at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
