Russia visa application

• Scanned colour copy of the passport (First page & last page, observation page, if applicable) 
• The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages
• Recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish without specs and sunglasses (size 35 mm x 45 mm and 70% - 80% face close-up)
  Note: Photograph should not be more than 6 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Travel / medical insurance covering Russia for the entire stay, if any.
• Invitation letter from Invitee company for Business category
• Hotel confirmation details as per the travel dates.

• The unified e-visa is valid for the entry into and exit from the Russian Federation only through the following state border crossing points of the Russian Federation, the list of which is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.

• The consulate may ask for any other additional documents.

• Visa approval lies solely at the discretion of the Consulate.

• If the applicant's place of collection and dropping off documents is within Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 700 will be applicable. If the applicant's place for dropping off documents is other than Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 800 will be applicable on the Russian tourist visa fees.

• The Consulate of Russia is operational only on the following days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
