Note:

• It is advisable to apply for a Tanzania E-visa 30 days before the travel date
• Tanzania online E-visa will be processed only for Indian passport holders that are travelling from India
• The Tanzania visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, allowing a single entry with a maximum stay of 30 days.
• Processing time for Tanzania E-visa is 12 to 15 working days except for Saturday and Sunday and other public holidays including (Indian holidays).

• Scanned colour copy of the first and last page of your passport

• The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages

• Confirmed return air tickets

• 2 Scanned colour copy recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish  without specs and sunglasses (size 35 mm x 45 mm and 80% face close-up)

• Confirmation of hotel booking mentioning the details of travel, details of the traveller, and contact details of the hotel

• Additional documents required for the Tanzania Business Visa:

  • Passport: Original passport and old passports, if any. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages

  • Coloured photograph: 2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish (size 35 mm x 45 mm, 80% face close-up and ear visible without specs)

  • Invitation letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, Purpose of visit, period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care of by.

  • Cover letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

  • Travel Bookings: Air Tickets.

  • Accommodation: Proof of reservation of a hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay..

  • Invitee Documents: Incorporation certificate, copy of inviting company.

Note:

• Consulate may ask for any other additional documents such as hotel bookings & residential proof.
• Visa approval lies solely at the discretion of the Consulate. Visa can be applied one month prior to the travel.
• Required Occupation Details with designation, Residential Address and Contact Number. Visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue
