If the applicant is married:
- Passport must be updated with the spouse name, if not updated then provide Marriage certificate/ any other ID with updated spouse name.
If the applicant has a family / relative in Israel:
- Invitation letter in Hebrew
- Passport & visa copies & contact details of the invitee
If the applicant is employed:
- Salary slips for the last 4 months
- Original leave letter / NOC from employer duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and contact details (With employee name, designation, date of joining, passport no., purpose of travel, and duration of stay on it)
If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:
- Covering letter on the company letterhead and financial documents
- Business / Company's income tax returns for last 3 years
- Updated current account statements for the last 4 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official on every page
- Copy of company Pan card
If the applicant is Invited by person who's working/studying in Israel:
- Invitation letter from the employer / Academic institute/University for the family members
If the applicant is minor:
- Original birth certificate with Apostille (attested by MEA)
- Parents (Father & Mother) need to visit consulate at the time of submission for signing the Minor consent form.
(Note: In case one of the parent is not in India then he/ she must sign the Minor consent form at Embassy of Israel in that particular country.)
Note:
- If the applicant's place of collection and dropping off documents is within Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 700 will be applicable. If the applicant's place for dropping off documents is other than Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 800 will be applicable on Israel tourist visa fees.
