Here is what you need to know about the Turkey Visa application. The entire process is simple; all you have to do is follow the steps.
Documents to submit
1. Passport
- Must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of return travel
- Must have minimum 2 blank pages on both sides to receive visa stamps
- Submit copies of old passports reflecting your travel history
- Must attach 2 photocopies of the front and back pages of your current passport
2. Visa application
- To be filled and signed by you (if you are the applicant)
3. Cover letter details
- Must bear your (applicant's) name, designation, passport details, all travel details with purpose and duration of visit
- Must be duly signed by an authorized signatory with company stamp
- Must be addressed to the ‘Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey, Mumbai
4. Photographs
- 2 recent passport-size photographs
- Must have a matte or semi-matte finish
- Must have 80% face coverage and white background without any border
- Image dimensions must be 2.5”x 2.5”
- Must not have been used already anywhere else prior to filling this visa application form
5. In the case of self-employment
- Must submit your company registration copy or partnership deed
6. In case you work in a firm
- Must submit the original leave sanction from the company
- Must be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name, designation, and company stamp
7. Salary slip
- Of last three months
- Must bear the company seal
8. Bank statement
- Must reflect transactions made in the last 3 months
- Must bear the bank seal and sign on the last page
- Must have a minimum balance of 1 lakh rupees per applicant
9. Hotel
- Confirmation of your stay at the hotel as per the travel itinerary
10. Return Air Ticket
- Your confirmed return air ticket showing travel itinerary
