  • Proof of address is required if differing from the address mentioned in the passport (e.g., one of the following documents: telephone, electricity, or mobile bill; society letter; rent agreement).
  • Financial documents are required if the applicant is travelling for the first time (e.g., a bank statement for the last three months or the last three years of tax documents; either one is required).
  • Original bank statements reflecting transactions from the past 6 months, including the applicant's name, account number, bank seal, and signature on the last page, as well as a minimum balance of at least ₹ 50,000 per applicant.

    Original cover letter from the Indian company addressed to 'The Visa Officer, Singapore Consulate'. Invitation letter from an overseas company addressed to 'The Visa Officer, Singapore Consulate'.

    If the applicant is employed:
  • Salary slips for the last 3 months.
  • A company ID card copy of the person.

  • If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:
  • Certificate of registration of the company / Certificate of Incorporation (MOA / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership deed, etc.).
  • Covering letter on the person's company letterhead and financial documents.
  • If the applicant is sponsored:
