Andaman & Nicobar Islands

Between October to May is considered the best time to visit these islands as the weather is pleasant and you can enjoy water sports. Some islands are restricted for entry to all visitors in order to protect the indigenous tribal communities who live there.
Fully vaccinated tourists do not have to undergo quarantine or take any tests. However, non-vaccinated travellers will need to submit RT-PCR results obtained within 48 hours of departure and take a compulsory free coronavirus test in Port Blair on arrival and follow a single day’s self-quarantine in Port Blair. Children under 5 years are exempted from these rules.
Lakshadweep

Lakshadweep is an archipelago of 36 islands in the Arabian sea. Not all islands are inhabited, and only a few are open to visitors. Watersports like scuba, snorkelling, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing and fishing can be enjoyed in Lakshadweep.
Those who wish to travel to this beautiful island destination will need to apply for a permit to visit Lakshadweep, as the Indian Union Territory keeps a check on the number of tourists visiting the paradise island. To get the permit, you require a 'clearance certificate' from the police station in your locality. Along with the application, identification documents and three copies of your passport-size photos have to be attached. A fee of Rs 50 is charged by the Administrative Office to get the entry permit.
Fully vaccinated tourists do not have to undergo quarantine or take any tests. However, non-vaccinated travellers will need to submit RT-PCR results obtained within 48 hours of departure and also undergo three days of mandatory quarantine on arrival.
Bali

From breathtaking scenery to marine diversity and rich culture to beach parties, 'The island of Gods’ is undeniable. Bali is one of the most popular holiday destinations. The best time to visit Bali is between April to October, during the dry season.
Indians can now avail of Visa on arrival on flying to Indonesia. The visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended for 30 days more. You also require travel insurance and e-CD (Electronic Custom Declaration) on arrival. E-CD is an online customs declaration form.
Maldives

The Maldives is comprised of 1192 islands stretched across the Indian ocean. The Maldives is known for its beautiful emerald water, pristine white beaches, luxurious water villas and impeccable hospitality. The Maldives has all types of fun-filled and thrilling activities in store. One can enjoy various options of water sports, delicious food, and local street shopping. The best time to visit is during the dry season, November to April.
Tourist Visa on arrival can be availed by all nationalities travelling to the Maldives. The visa is valid for 90 days. You are required to fill out a health declaration form 48 hours before arriving and again before leaving the Maldives. You do not have to undergo any test or quarantine in the Maldives.
Seychelles

The Republic of Seychelles is a beautiful archipelago island country consisting of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean. Other than relaxing and sun bathing at the picturesque beaches, while in Seychelles also visit the Vallée de Mai a stunning nature reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site located on the island of Praslin, enjoy a birdwatching tour in the Cousine Island Nature Reserve near Praslin island and visit the giant tortoises that can be found on either Curieuse Island or Cousin Island.
Seychelles is a visa-free country, there are no visa requirements for any persons wishing to travel to Seychelles. You will be issued a free of charge a Visitor’s Permit which is valid for three months from the date of issue on presenting a passport valid for the entire duration of stay, return or onward flight tickets, proof of a booking confirmation for accommodation (for first three nights at least), and sufficient funds for the duration of stay (approx $150 per day). Fully vaccinated travellers do not require to undergo any tests. Non-vaccinated / partially vaccinated travellers are required to present a negative coronavirus test, either an RT-PCR taken 72 hours prior to departure or take an antigen test 24 hours before arrival in Seychelles. Additionally, you require travel insurance and apply for a Health Travel Authorization prior to travel.
Mauritius
