About The Service
AeroFlot Web Check In is a facility offered to all passengers who hold a reserved ticket on an AeroFlot carrier. It is a facility that can be easily availed by anyone by simply visiting the official website of the airline. Once on the site, the passenger needs to select the ‘Online Check-In’ option, from the ‘Online Services’ section. Here, you will be required to fill in the details such as your first and last name, complete with your booking reference and/or your e-ticket number. Next, you can pick your preferred seat(s) via an interactive seat map. If you wish, you can also book your excess baggage. At the end of this short process, your boarding pass will be issued. Once issued, you can choose to print the boarding pass at home/office or at the airport kiosk.
Please note that a passenger is only allowed to check-in online if -
- He/ She does not intend to carry pets along.
- He/ She does not need to use services for unaccompanied.
- The Luggage carried is in compliance with the airline's rules.
Time Window
The AeroFlot Web Check In facility is meant to be used anywhere between 24 hours to 45 minutes, prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
Baggage
If you’ve completed the web check-in formalities, AeroFlot baggage rules allow you to drop your check-in luggage, if any, at the designated area and head straight to the security counter. In this case, however, it is highly advisable that you reach the airport at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the flight to avoid any last minute inconveniences.
However, if you have no check-in bags, you can simply head out for the security check and board your flight.
