The applicant is required to submit clear and true copies of address proof and age proof:-

Application Process:
For the citizens of West Bengal, RPO branches serve two options where he/she can apply:
- Firstly, one should register for the application form.
- Existing applicants need to login their accounts only.
- For online applicants, filling form with all required details is mandatory.
- For offline application, the applicant can download the form to fill it.
- Proceed for the payment as per the suitable medium.
- Book an appointment for the process of verification.
- Visit the mentioned RPO branch for the further process.
Things to Remember:
- Keep the signature same throughout the process.
- Submit clear copies of the documents and not smudged inked or black ones.
- Mention all the correct information in the form.
Reasons of Passport Rejection:
- Not submitting the fees duly on time or paying through false means.
- Mentioning any wrong information, that comes out to be false at the time of verification.
- Reaching late on the appointment day, is not entertained by the officer.
