For a new-born child, the passport may be needed if his/her parents are travelling abroad along with the infant. In the world, where travelling among nations is becoming too common, this situation is not a big deal. However, the procedure is a bit different.

    Who Should To or Can Apply?

    • Parent(s) of the infant child should first enlist a record with the nearest PSK or Passport Seva Kendra.
    • Parents can visit the PSK on schedule time, along with the receipt of application. There is no compulsion on child’s presence at PSK at scheduled time.

    Documents Required

    Applicants should likewise have the accompanying records (unique and photocopies)

  • Child’s Certificate of Birth
  • Address Proof (Passport of Parent can be considered an alternative for this)
  • Completely filled Annexure-H, which can be collected from PSK on downloaded from website.
  • Identification photograph of the child against white or light-coloured background.
  • Arrangement receipt
  • Marriage testament if the companions name has not been supported on a guardians Passport

    • Important Things to Remember

    • If it's not too much trouble, convey all originals with you.
    • Presently go to the any of the insides near your place and present the reports alongside the expense.

    • Once required reports are given, these will be checked and candidates will be given a token number and should sit tight for their turn.

    Additional Information
